Job Description:

The Guest Experience Specialist role goes beyond traditional front desk duties by taking ownership of the full guest experience in main hotel areas with a guest-first mindset. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, delivering quality meals, sharing highlights of the local area, processing operational needs, and addressing guest requests. The role requires physical duties and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
deliver quality meals
share local area highlights
ensure safe workplace
uphold company policies and quality standards
maintain professional appearance and communication
perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds
follow additional reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
