Job Description:

Guest Experience Specialists handle a range of responsibilities beyond traditional front desk duties. They ensure a smooth check-in and check-out, contribute to operations, assist guests, and uphold quality standards while fostering memorable experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Deliver quality meals
Share local area highlights
Create a safe workplace through adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
Strong physical stamina including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and engage in repetitive movements such as bending and crouching
Professional communication, appearance, and adherence to company policies.
