Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Specialists take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, going beyond the traditional front desk with a ‘guest first’ mindset. They handle various duties, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, delivering meals, and sharing local highlights, while maintaining professional appearance and communication standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
