Job Description:

Guest Experience Specialists take initiative to deliver services guiding guests through their entire stay, going beyond traditional front desk duties with a 'guest first' mindset. They are empowered to move throughout hotel spaces to handle operational needs, guest requests, reports, meal delivery, and local area information.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver smooth check-in and check-out
Build memorable and unique guest experiences
Guide guests through their entire stay
Take ownership of guest experience in main hotel areas
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Deliver quality meals
Share highlights of local area
Create safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
