Job Description:

The Guest Experience Specialist role goes beyond the traditional front desk to take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel. Responsibilities include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, delivering meals, and ensuring interactions contribute to a memorable guest stay.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through their stay

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
