Guest Experience Experts deliver services that make guest stays unique and memorable. They are responsible for processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires physical activity and professionalism in appearance and communication.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
handle operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
follow company policies and procedures

maintain professional uniform, appearance, and communications
perform tasks requiring physical activity such as lifting or carrying objects

Requirements:
