This role requires maintaining professionalism, high standards, and the ability to perform physical tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share local area highlights
maintain safety and professionalism
follow company policies and procedures
ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
