The Guest Experience Expert role focuses on providing memorable guest experiences by taking a hands-on approach to guiding guests through their stay. Responsibilities include addressing guest needs, processing operational tasks, and sharing local highlights while maintaining professionalism and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure a safe workplace

ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional

Requirements:
