Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver services, guide guests through their stay, and ensure memorable guest experiences while maintaining a professional and safe work environment. Guest Experience Experts also assist with check-ins, check-outs, operational needs, and sharing insights about the local area.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Delivering a wide range of services
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing the highlights of the local area
Creating safe work environments
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality
Protecting company assets
Ensuring quality standards
Upholding professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Lifting and carrying objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
