Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts are dedicated to providing guests with a memorable and unique experience through exceptional service. This includes handling various responsibilities such as guest check-ins, operational needs, local area guidance, and physical tasks like luggage assistance. We foster inclusivity and value the diverse backgrounds of our team.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of guest services throughout their stay
address guest requests
process operational needs
share local area highlights
assist guests with luggage and vehicle loading/unloading
move about the space to address tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
