Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts at The Ritz-Carlton are responsible for ensuring memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering luxury service, meeting company quality standards, and embodying The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. They create positive guest interactions while performing a range of tasks and maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all duties.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
address guest requests
process operational needs
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
maintain a safe work environment
follow company policies
ensure professional appearance and communications
move about the space to address tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
ability to communicate professionally
adherence to company policies and procedures
ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
upholding quality standards and professional personal appearance
