Job Description:

This position involves creating a memorable and unique guest experience by addressing guest requests, sharing local highlights, and ensuring the highest standards of service. The Guest Experience Expert represents the foundation of Marriott's hospitality philosophy.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a memorable guest experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
professional communication, appearance, and adherence to policies and procedures.
