Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver memorable services that guide guests through their stay. Responsibilities include processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, sharing local highlights, and maintaining quality standards. A focus on professionalism, service, and creating a safe environment is critical.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share the highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
maintain professional appearance and communication
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Nice to have:

Hotel experience preferred
overnight shift availability preferred
