Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay, creating memorable and unique experiences. They handle operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights. They are expected to maintain professionalism, follow company policies, and uphold the quality standards of The Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
addressing guest requests
processing operational needs
completing reports
sharing highlights of the local area
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
protecting company assets
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
standing, sitting, or walking for extended times
moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification
