They take initiative, follow company policies, and work hands-on in a professional and luxurious environment. As part of Marriott International, they maintain the brand's Gold Standards and contribute to delivering exceptional care to guests worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a smooth check-in and check-out experience
address guest requests
process operational needs
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
create a safe workplace
uphold quality standards
deliver excellent service guided by the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
ability to follow company policies and procedures
ability to maintain confidentiality
professional personal appearance and communication
