Job Description:

You are the first impression for our guests and ensure they feel at home from the very first moment. With your warm welcome, valuable tips about the area, and extensive knowledge of our hotel offerings, you make their stay special—from check-in to check-out. As one of the oldest Marriott hotels in Germany, we combine tradition with modern Bavarian charm, offering a unique atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the optimal preparation of our guests' stay, check them in, and remain their main point of contact throughout their visit
In coordination with Housekeeping, make sure rooms are ready on time
Address and escalate issues to the appropriate department
Handle all questions, messages, calls, or concerns from our international guests
Work closely with all hotel departments to provide our guests with the best possible stay

Requirements:

Completed vocational training or a degree in hospitality
Initial experience in reception is an advantage
Passion for hosting and enjoyment in interacting with our international guests
Absolute reliability and responsibility
Flexibility, solution-oriented mindset, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office
knowledge of the Opera hotel program is a plus
Good German and very good English skills

Nice to have:

Initial experience in reception
knowledge of the Opera hotel program
