Guest Experience Experts at The Ritz-Carlton Maldives Fari Islands are responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. They handle check-in and check-out processes, address guest requests, and ensure the delivery of the brand's Gold Standards. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
Maintain a safe work place
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
