Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert ensures memorable and unique guest experiences through a range of services including check-ins, addressing guest needs, and local guidance. This role involves movement, carrying, and a hands-on approach while upholding organizational policies and standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Provide hands-on work as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None for license or certification
Create a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Protect company assets
Uphold quality standards
Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
