Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert role at Moxy Tulum involves delivering exceptional services to guide guests through their stay, maintaining professionalism in workplace conduct, and creating memorable experiences by assisting with various operational needs and guest interactions.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transport luggage to and from guest rooms and bell area
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communications.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
create a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
