Job Description:

The Guest Experience Expert role focuses on delivering memorable and unique guest services at Fairfield by Marriott Coimbatore. Responsibilities include assisting guests during their stay, maintaining standards, and ensuring quality service.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their stay
addressing guest requests
completing reports
sharing local area highlights
assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and bell area
maintaining professional appearance and communications.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
ability to move about the space, including lifting up to 50 pounds unaided and 100 pounds with assistance, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
ability to create a safe workplace and maintain confidentiality
adherence to company policies and quality standards.
