Job Description:

Guest Experience Experts at Marriott ensure guests have a memorable and unique stay by delivering exceptional service and taking a hands-on approach to assisting with operational and guest-related needs.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share the highlights of the local area
assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
maintain a safe workplace
follow company policies and procedures
maintain confidentiality
protect company assets
uphold quality standards
ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping tasks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
no license or certification required
