Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts guide guests through their stay by delivering memorable, high-quality services. They handle check-ins, check-outs, operational needs, guest requests, and other responsibilities to ensure every guest visit meets expectations and fosters brand loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services throughout guests' stay
process operational needs
address guest requests
complete reports
share highlights of the local area
ensure safe workplace and adherence to quality standards
other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
strong communication skills
professional appearance and communication style
adherence to company policies and procedures
ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
