Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services to make each guest's experience memorable and unique. They perform duties such as addressing guest requests, processing operational needs, and providing local area highlights, all while maintaining company standards and policies.

Job Responsibility:

Providing guests with a smooth check-in and check-out
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay
Completing reports
Responding to guest requests
Sharing highlights of the local area
Following company policies and procedures
Maintaining confidentiality and professional appearance
Moving and lifting objects up to 10 pounds

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
