Guest Experience Experts are responsible for ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs while delivering memorable and unique services to guests. Responsibilities also include operational tasks, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and highlighting the local area. Physical activity and professional appearance are critical.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Sharing highlights of the local area
Taking a hands-on approach to work, including lifting and moving objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
