Job Description:

GuestReady is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Excellence Intern - Operations to support our daily vacation rental operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who wants real exposure to short-term rental operations, guest experience, and back-office coordination. You’ll work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure properties are guest-ready, schedules are on track, and communication flows smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the shared operations mailbox and ticketing system, ensuring requests are tracked, prioritized, and resolved on time
  • Support daily operations by assigning missions to housekeeping, maintenance, and field teams
  • Apply for work permits and coordinate access approvals when required
  • Monitor and update the Check-In Dashboard, ensuring all next-day check-ins are fully prepared and accounted for
  • Assist the support team with guest communications when needed (check-in queries, basic issues, follow-ups)
  • Flag operational issues, delays, or risks early to ensure smooth guest arrivals
  • Maintain accurate records and operational trackers
  • Provide general operational support to the team as required

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Hospitality, Business, Operations, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in email, dashboards, and task management tools
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks
