Job Description:

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, creating a memorable and unique guest experience. Tasks include cleaning rooms and public spaces, delivering guest requests, and ensuring the spaces meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

stocking carts

ensuring spaces create a great guest experience.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace

maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended times
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
performing reasonable job duties as requested.
