Job Description:

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for our guests. Job duties include a wide range of housekeeping functions, ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, and maintaining quality standards. You will be part of a team that prioritizes safety, professional appearance, and outstanding service to elevate the hospitality experience.

Job Responsibility:

Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel
delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
other similar housekeeping duties as needed.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
physically able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
