Job Description:

Our Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire Sheraton Mexico City Maria Isabel Hotel. They play a crucial role in providing a memorable and unique guest experience. This includes cleaning, stocking, and delivering guest requests while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering guest requests
stocking carts
cleaning rooms and public spaces
ensuring appearances and cleanliness of the whole hotel
addressing other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

Ensuring a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
maintaining confidentiality
upholding quality standards
ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
