Job Description:

Guest Arrival Experts ensure a memorable and unique experience from start to finish during a guest's arrival and departure. They take the initiative to provide professional and thoughtful services, uphold quality standards, and embody The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards of luxury service.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services guiding guests through arrival and departure experiences
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Maintain professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Create a safe workplace
Handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
