Job Description:

Guest Arrival Expert position at The Ritz-Carlton Doha, focused on creating memorable and unique guest experiences through smooth check-in/check-out processes and delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. The role involves processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, sharing local area highlights, and assisting with luggage transportation.

Job Responsibility:

Processing operational needs

Assisting guests with loading/unloading vehicles
Transporting luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell area
Delivering smooth check-in and check-out experiences
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Ability to move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
