Job Description:

As a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst at Fever, you'll work on promoting the business plan across global markets through data-driven strategies, managing independent projects, defining company performance strategies, and collaborating with team members internationally to develop new entertainment experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
Work independently and manage own pipeline of projects within a business line
Take part in global projects to define the future of the entertainment industry
Enhance company performance across different business departments
Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific department growth
Work with people and projects across different markets to develop new experiences in up to 40 countries

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
A high level of English
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
Generate high business impact based on decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python)
Proactive problem-solver and an opportunity-seeker

Nice to have:

Spanish language skills
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms
Understanding any coding language (SQL, R, Python)
