Job Responsibility:

Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels
Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line
Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people
Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)

Requirements:

+6 years of experience in an analytics & business role
Proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
Experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplaces
You have a bachelor's in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully across many disciplines, departments and business cases
Advanced English speaker. Other languages are a plus
Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

Nice to have:

Experience in demand generation through search engines
familiarity with marketplaces
Other languages are a plus
