Job Description:

Fever is the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The Growth team is responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all markets and ensuring partner performance. This role entails defining and executing growth strategies aimed at improving business metrics, collaborating across a multinational environment, and reporting directly to leadership.

Job Responsibility:

Enhance overall company performance across various business units, ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives
Assume complete responsibility for decisions made by the growth team within your designated business line
Define and establish innovative growth strategies aimed at improving key business metrics and achieving sustainable expansion
Drive the end-to-end execution of impactful projects and solutions, contributing significantly to the company's success
Collaborate with diverse teams and projects spanning across numerous markets and regions in a multinational setting encompassing up to 40 countries
Report directly to the global growth leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with the company's overarching growth direction

Requirements:

A track record of at least 5 years in roles involving analytics and business strategy
Experience working with APAC region
Demonstrated ability to establish trust and effectively lead teams or pivotal projects
Possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field (STEM degree)
Adept at utilizing data to inform strategic and business decisions, emphasizing a data-centric approach
Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enabling successful collaboration across diverse departments, disciplines, and business scenarios
High level of English is required, and proficiency in Korean
A proactive mindset with a knack for identifying and pursuing opportunities while effectively addressing challenges
