Job Description:

The Growth Strategy Associate will contribute to Fever's key markets, focusing on growth and development. The role involves working independently, managing projects, and leading global initiatives to shape the future of entertainment. The candidate will enhance company performance, define new strategies, and create high-impact solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line
Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by taking the lead on global projects
Enhance the overall company performance across different business departments
Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills
Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
Create, develop and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
At least 3 - 5 years experience in a business analytics role
High level of English required, Spanish is a plus
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
Generate high business impact based on your decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases
Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…)
Proactive problem-solver and an opportunities-seeker

Nice to have:

Spanish language skills
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms
Understanding of coding languages (SQL, R, Python…)
