Job Description:

Growth Strategy Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The role focuses on promoting Fever's business plan across all markets, ensuring events perform as expected, and pushing growth across the globe using data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibility:

Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development
Work independently and manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line
Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by leading global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry
Enhance overall company performance across different business departments
Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills
Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact
Create, develop, and manage new projects like new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth
Work with people and projects across different markets with focus on developing new experiences across markets

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or background in Maths, Statistics, Data analytics, or Strategy
At least 3 years of experience in a business analytics role
High level of English required
Spanish is a plus
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and strategy or analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage
Data-driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions
Generate high business impact based on your decisions
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders
Understanding any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python)
Proactive problem-solver and opportunity-seeker

Nice to have:

Spanish language skills
Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/analytics roles at top tech firms
Coding language understanding (SQL, R, Python)
