Job Description:

This position is at Fever, a global leader in tech-enabled live entertainment. Grow Fever's business by collaborating across company departments and implementing new workflows, communication channels, and tools while leveraging data-driven strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Take a leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
guide projects from conception to implementation
lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools
conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements
align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions
manage critical tools and procedures
collaborate seamlessly with all company departments
engage with department managers worldwide spanning 40+ countries and diverse nationalities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
3-5 years of relevant experience
strong analytical and quantitative skills
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
proficiency in both written and spoken English
familiarity with SQL or other query languages (optional)
proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages (optional)
knowledge of additional languages (optional)
