Job Description:

We are looking for a Growth Operations Strategy Associate to improve efficiency, develop processes, and drive company growth through cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on strategic tools and workflows.

Job Responsibility:

Take a leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
guide projects from conception to implementation
lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools
conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements
align business needs with technological and operational solutions
manage critical tools and procedures
collaborate with all company departments to drive cross-functional initiatives
take ownership of key processes
engage with department managers worldwide.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
3-5 years of relevant experience
strong analytical and quantitative skills
strong bias towards data-based decision
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus
proficiency in English is a must
knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset.
