Job Description:

Growth Operations Strategy Senior Associate role at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. Responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets, ensuring partners perform as expected, and helping them grow within Fever through data-driven decisions and process optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Take leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
Lead complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools
Conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements
Align organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions
Collaborate with all company departments including Sales, Originals, Operations, and Marketing
Take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide across 40+ countries

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus

Nice to have:

Knowledge of additional languages
Familiarity with SQL
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages
