Job Description:

We are looking for a Growth Efficiency Associate with a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency and ensure our tools and processes align with strategic objectives. The role involves collaborating across departments, conducting audits, and supporting technological and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Take a leadership role in establishing new communication channels, workflows, and tools across departments
guide projects from conception to implementation
lead the complete development lifecycle of processes and in-house tools
conduct comprehensive audits to streamline team requirements
align the organization's business needs with technological and operational solutions
manage critical tools and procedures
collaborate seamlessly with all company departments
take ownership of key processes and engage with department managers worldwide

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Analytics (STEM degree)
3-5 years of relevant experience
strong analytical and quantitative skills
strong bias towards data-based decision making
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
proficiency in both written and spoken English and Spanish
familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus
knowledge of additional languages is a valuable asset
