Job Description:

Octave is seeking to partner with existing group practices in Illinois that want to provide excellent mental health care virtually. As an Octave partner, your team will join a supportive community of clinicians focused on client-centered, evidence-based therapy. At Octave, we take care of all backend operations so your clinicians can focus on providing quality care. Our team manages credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and client referrals. This allows your clinicians to focus primarily on seeing the clients we connect them with and completing session documentation, removing the administrative burden from your group practice. Your providers will support adult clients managing stress, anxiety, depression, and related concerns. We emphasize evidence based practices such as CBT and DBT with a strong commitment to culturally responsive care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns
  • Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
  • Offer culturally responsive care
  • See clients virtually and/or in person (you must have your own office space to hold in-person sessions)

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians who would be joining Octave
  • All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers)
  • Licensed in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
  • At least 1 year of post-license experience (2+ preferred)
  • Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar
  • Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment
  • Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Octave’s policy requires that all clinical sessions be conducted while you are physically located in the United States
What we offer:
  • Octave takes care of all backend operations (credentialing, billing, marketing, technology support, and client referrals)
  • Clinicians can focus primarily on seeing clients and completing session documentation
  • Join a supportive community of clinicians focused on client-centered, evidence-based therapy
