Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and supervise a team of production operators
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Oversee daily production activities and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
  • Ensure that all cuff products meet quality specifications & regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
  • Promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in the medical device industry
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work a 12-hour rotating shift with every other weekend off

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the production of medical devices or cuff products
  • Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) and regulatory requirements for medical devices
