Requirements

Extensive experience managing FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting cycles
Strong Excel and financial modelling capability
Scale-up experience (£50m revenue+)
Proven experience of SaaS/Subscription metrics (CAC, LTV, unit economics, etc.)

Job Responsibility

Leading end-to-end budgeting and forecasting across global markets, ensuring alignment with company strategy
Business partnering with senior leaders in Commercial, Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
Developing robust financial models to support scenario planning, cashflow forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Driving budgeting and planning processes across the group
Building dashboards and automated reports that bring clarity to performance and unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention, contribution margin)
Driving improvements to FP&A processes utilising new systems, and tools, such as AI
Acting as a bridge between FP&A, Financial Reporting, and wider business functions
Supporting investor reporting, fundraising preparation, and board-level analysis as the business continues its growth journey

Job Responsibility

Establish and embed a Group wide cash management policy
Ensure monthly reconciliations are completed
Instil financial discipline
Accountable for all Group cashflow forecasting activities
Work closely with the FP&A team
Accountable for the AP/AR team
Assist the finance team with improving and streamlining processes
Implement a cash management policy, including approval limits
Lead on implementing robust banking controls
Detailed cashflow forecasting looking forward a minimum of 13 weeks

Requirements

A strong track record in commercial and strategic FP&A leadership, ideally within B2B SaaS or Tech
Experience with PE/VC backed companies, with a deep understanding of operational KPIs and investor reporting
An expert in financial modelling with the ability to build complex and scalable financial models from scratch (you will have built models for funding rounds and supported on due diligence analysis)
Strong data analysis skills with experience of using SQL to query databases and datasets
A commercial mind, with a demonstrable ability to identify and focus on the most commercially meaningful and insightful data
A storyteller who can extract key insights from complex data sets and communicate these insights in a concise, simple and engaging way to a wide range of stakeholders

Delivering high-quality management information and KPIs to the CFO, Exec Team and board, providing deep insights into performance, variance and trends to support strategic decision making
Working closely with the CFO and Exec team on future M&A and fundraising processes, through developing comprehensive financial models and due diligence analysis.
Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders across the business, working especially closely with sales, marketing, people and operations to deliver strategic objectives
Supporting on high impact projects across areas such as rev ops, pricing, departmental budget ownership and product level financial reporting
Building and developing a small, high-performing FP&A team with a culture of curiosity, speed, and precision
