Job Description:

Group Financial Controlling plays a key role in leading the global change while transforming finance and procurement operations.

Job Responsibility:

Lead transformation of Ingka Group’s external and internal financial reporting
secure high quality financial statements
ensure internal financial reporting supports business vision
lead the direct team and community
provide strategy and direction to senior managers
manage global relationship with the external auditor
develop and own financial data model
recruit and develop high-performing, diverse leaders
create a climate of trust
inspire leaders to lead by example according to IKEA values

Requirements:

Experienced finance leader
passion to lead transformation of Financial Controlling
structured, creative and curious about digital automation in finance
ability to lead diverse teams to deliver on financial reporting, control and audit commitments
strong at communicating and leading globally and cross-functionally

Nice to have:

Interest in developing people and business together
ability to seek diverse input to understand complex problems
mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence
