Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Groundworker to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of groundworks on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Job Responsibility:

  • Site preparation and clearance
  • Digging trenches, foundations, and drainage systems
  • Laying kerbs, slabs, concrete, and tarmac
  • Operating plant machinery (if tickets held)
  • Assisting with pipe laying and ducting
  • Working to site health and safety regulations
  • Supporting other trades as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a groundworker
  • CSCS card (essential)
  • Dumper and Roller (essential)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
