Previous experience in a construction environment preferred
Must be able to meet physical requirement of the position

Job Responsibility

Passes tools to line crew or network crew members by acting as a general helper on the ground
Handles cables, conduit and other materials as directed
Glues conduits together
Clears undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws
Piles debris to clear path
Performs general clean-up of job sites following completion of work
Positions reels of fiber cable on cable trailers at pole lines
Pulls ropes and lines to pull strand into position
Pulls ropes and lines to pull fiber cable into position on strand
Pulls ropes and lines to pull lashing machine along strand line
