Job Responsibility

Perform daily course set-up functions (e.g., changing cups)
Maintain turf, including performing cultural practices (e.g., topdress)
Maintain bunker areas
Haul materials and remove debris using dump trucks and other machinery
Mow grass using a riding or walk-behind mower
Trim and edge grass in areas that mowers cannot reach
Operate chainsaw to cut trees and/or tree limbs
Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs
Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems
Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies

Supports irrigation maintenance duties such as: irrigation head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks
Maintains ball washers, coolers, course signage, bathrooms, trash cans, tunnels, course roping, flags, cups, and tee markers
Operates mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials
Supports the course mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment
Participate as support staff on any special projects
