Job Description:

The Graphic Designer role is integral to our company, providing crucial support to both the marketing and sales teams. It's a dynamic, cross-team position that strengthens these key areas through innovative design solutions. The role offers a variety of challenges each week, presenting plenty of opportunities for learning and growth across different company sectors. It also encourages collaboration with a diverse range of colleagues, enhancing our brand and driving our marketing and sales efforts through effective visual communication.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with marketing and design assets for customer acquisition and brand positioning campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertisements
Support the sales team in the design of presentation slides and sales collateral materials
Edit short and long form videos for social media marketing purposes
Work alongside marketing, creative operations, sales, and product teams
Collaborate with designers to enhance and uphold the company's brand identity and design systems
Present work to company leadership during design review sessions
Take an active role in promoting a culture of rapid iteration and continuous improvement in design
Implement user-centered design principles to ensure that all visual designs meet both business objectives and user needs

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
At least 1 year of experience working with Figma
Basic capabilities in editing videos for social media
Excellent English communication skills and experience working with English-speaking teams
Ability to work effectively with various teams including marketing, sales, creative operations, and product teams
Strong ability to communicate ideas and collaborate on design projects
Alignment with the company's values of rapid iteration and continuous improvement in design
Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas
