Job Description:

The Graphic Design Analyst role involves providing graphic and design support for proposals and business development outputs. The individual will translate technical details into graphic designs to create engaging visuals that clearly depict solutions and transform discussions into visual representations for design collateral. They will be responsible for designing and producing graphics, illustrations, charts, diagrams, infographics, and other visual components for proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and websites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support PDC in creating attractive and engaging designs that improve user experience, all while keeping a cohesive branding strategy
  • Engage with stakeholders to grasp their needs and translate discussions into visual graphics that represent design assets. Capable of interpreting and converting business requirements into graphical representations
  • Develop, organize, and execute graphic design projects, delivering visually compelling solutions, while formulating innovative design strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of compliant and compelling graphic designs, including proposal responses and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, and tradeshow material)
  • Work in a collaborative environment with other designers, PDC team members, program managers, and technical resources to develop graphic content for bid/proposal related deliverables (illustrations, icons, maps, organization charts, process flows, transformation flows, architectures, proposal cover concepts, and presentations)
  • Follow established processes at PDC and stay updated with new technologies to recommend improved methods for better outcomes
  • Support the proposal production process including printed proposal submissions as needed
  • Maintain creative archives, managing photo libraries, handling graphics, and uploading resources to shared repositories. Adhere to solicitation and NTT DATA style guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts, Science, Art, Visual Communication or related discipline
  • 1-3 years of related experience with an online agency or a design company
  • Experience in Adobe Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Bridge, and InDesign, and Acrobat X Pro
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Project
  • Ability to demonstrate experience through portfolio of design work
  • Excellent time management skills - require effective planning, execution, prioritization, and strong organizational capabilities. Must adhere to strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and meet scheduled milestones

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of 508 compliant requirements
  • Experience in UI/UX design concepts
