Graphic Communication Coworker

• Develop and maintain graphic communication solutions that support IKEA's brand and business goals
• Translate IKEA's concept and tone of voice into clear, engaging designs for all store communications
• Collaborate with interior designers and visual merchandisers to create effective store communication materials
• Oversee print communication, ensuring visual balance, quality, and cost-efficiency
• Ensure all communications are customer-friendly, functional, and consistent with IKEA guidelines
• Work closely with the Com&In team and other store functions to maximize commercial opportunities
• Stay up to date with knowledge about home furnishing, communication and retail design trends

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience of working with graphic design in an advertising agency or a printing company
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
• Knowledge of print and digital design standards
• Strong collaboration skills with marketing, communication, and commercial teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Passion for home furnishing, design, and IKEA's values
