Job Description:

A ‘Good’ graded Primary School based in the Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team in September 2025 on a Long-Term, Full-Time basis. This Graduate Teaching Assistant role involves supporting students across the school, from Reception to Year 6, in and out of the classroom. You will be tasked with helping Class Teachers in lessons, targeting problem areas for individual students and working with pupils with SEND/SEMH needs.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting students aged 4-11 years in and out of lessons
Helping the Class Teacher to deliver lessons, set targets and manage behaviour
Supporting pupils with SEND/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD, SpLD and more, working with them on a 1:1 and small group basis

Requirements:

Recent graduate with strong academics
Transferable skills
Experience supporting students in and out of the classroom
Experience working with pupils with SEND/SEMH needs
